1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and uo8my ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uo8my website located at https://uo8my.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the uo8my platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the uo8my platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with uo8my's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Use of the uo8my platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uo8my strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of uo8my or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the uo8my platform or any associated platform under the same licensing group.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

uo8my reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to identity documents (MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming features on uo8my, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) uo8my account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: uo8my is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months); and
• Where applicable, verification of the payment method used for deposits.

uo8my reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail KYC may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uo8my platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). uo8my does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount and processing times for each method are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. uo8my reserves the right to request the same payment method for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the platform, which may vary based on your account's KYC status and VIP tier. uo8my does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

uo8my reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold any deposit, withdrawal, or winning where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

uo8my offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offering.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• uo8my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following conduct whilst using the uo8my platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any suspected bugs must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your uo8my account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform's operation or other users' gaming experience.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the uo8my platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of uo8my or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uo8my platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of uo8my.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uo8my, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

uo8my provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

In no event shall uo8my's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's own request without breach, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the standard withdrawal process following satisfactory KYC completion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under uo8my's international gaming licence.
